New adventures start here
After many months of work in the kitchen and in the factory this week saw our first production of Falafels coming rolling down the production line from our amazing new former.
They are now all packed off ready to go to our customers.
From the initial first recipe, we worked on with Jabba a Lebanese Chef we now have various recipes from Broad Bean to Avocado and Beetroot to Courgette and Pea.
All the hard work by everyone has been worth it when we saw them on the line – next stop is to see them in store.

We’re so excited to share all of this wonderful inspiration! That's why we invest so heavily in new product development. It all starts in our innovation kitchen at Drover HQ in Wexford, but we’re always on the road, bringing new concepts straight to our partners.
We plan strategically, considering what the next 12 months have in store for major market segments. And by developing creative solutions that celebrate key trends, we position our partners ahead of the curve - ultimately helping them to delight and excite the consumer.
